Job description:
As part of the team of Restaurant and Floor Managers, you will manage all operational restaurant activities, oversee approximately 20 colleagues, and ensure an optimal and unforgettable guest experience! You will work closely with the head chef and sous chef, the resort’s management team, and contribute to the department’s development in all areas. Your opinion counts.
You will be present 5 days a week and, at the appropriate times, you will be on the floor with your team and guests. You are a natural-born host. You enjoy working on the floor and know exactly what is needed to make the day/evening run smoothly. You have experience in leadership, direction, and motivation. You do this with enthusiasm and a big smile on your face. You see a problem as a challenge. You have relevant knowledge about wines, cocktails, and dishes.
It is your responsibility to guide and train the team. You are comfortable leading large-scale restaurants and can easily keep an overview, even when it is busy. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you oversee the entire restaurant organization, and every moment of the day is well-organized.
You are that enthusiast who is eager to get started! You have an eye for detail, a great sense of empathy, and are a real team player. You want to learn and develop further and inspire your colleagues with your enthusiasm and knowledge.
