Chogogo Dive & Beach Resort in Jan Thiel, Curaçao, is looking for a Reservation Officer (full-time/part-time) for 30-40 hours per week. Tasks:
- Booking reservations
- Processing bookings through the JIL system (TUI)
- Processing bookings from other tour operators
- Managing options
- Daily update of accommodation availability
- Creating invoices for guests
- Providing guests with their desired preferences and requests
- Creating daily housekeeping lists
- Creating a weekly list for housekeeping
- Precise communication with other departments (e.g., Reception and Housekeeping)
- Assisting guests via email/phone with their inquiries
- Independently sending out quotations
- Checking arrival lists
